Our in- house residency program is called "Responsible Recovery"
A Personal Development Plan Discipleship Program Educational Workshops
12 Step Recovery Program
Vocational Training & Trades.
We work in partnership with judicial authorities, churches, businesses and citizens for the rehabilitation of the individual , the restoration of their families and the safety of our communities.
Community Restoration Coalition (CRC) has an acute awareness of the local addiction
epidemic and the social, economic and criminal chaos it creates within our communities. Because of this CRC has created a comprehensive strategy implementing real community
solutions partnering with local judicial officials.
The addiction crisis is affecting all of us either directly or indirectly by penalizing innocent people with consequences that are beyond appraisal and are unfortunately traumatizing and irreversible for some of the victims.
We are concentrating our capabilities and resources to aid our communities by determining and solving the underlying problems faced by men and women incarcerated at the county jail. Our determination is to prevent the reoccurrence of
crimes, the victimization of innocent people and the restoration of these men and women back to their families.
CRCs' plan for successful community solutions ni the context of substance abuse and criminal behavior mandates that our model of treatment be integrated into the offender's confinement within the county jail. Our treatment therapy is facilitated by our trained team members to assure quality of treatment administered.
The county jail is the initial facility that processes and houses the men and women responsible for the majority of our communities costly and distressful problems.
The reality is their destructive behaviors stem from substance abuse and criminal thinking.
By our treatment team connecting personally with the offenders during their incarceration through in-house substance abuse treatment programs and educational workshops we give them the opportunity and tools to make real and permanent changes in their lives.
Further by our administrator's mutual relationship with the judicial courts, we have created a transitional pathway for those who qualify as an alternative to their incarceration into our
residency programs opportunities and resources.
Our Motto is locating people where they are at and helping them get to where God wants to be.
WE ARE RESTORING OUR COMMUNITY BY RESTORING BROKEN LIVES!
Admittance to residency would be granted upon our treatment team's assessment and approval with the court's discretion and guidance.
This would be on a case-by-case basis.
Our goal is to work together in partnership with judicial authorities for the rehabilitation of the individual, the restoration of their families and the safety of our communities.
Our recovery and restoration concept are Biblically and philosophically sound, containing the spiritual and cognitive essentials needed for personal and community change.
This restoration process starts with the transformation of their character and then the change of their values, attitudes, and behavior.
We are not an organization in the business to do behavior modification therapy. That does not fix the problem. Jesus Christ transforming their life does! Spiritual transformation with cognitive restructuring and vocational equipping is our concept and path to successful
restoration. This gives the offender a new life with a new way of thinking and living.
The period of time during their incarceration is a very important window of opportunity for us to reach them. Incarceration gives those who are addicted and chemically dependent time for abstinence. This time period allows the psychological effects to diminish and the physical withdrawals to subside. Incarceration also creates the right emotional pain and the right climate for one to be open-minded and receptive to wanting to change their life and reach out for help.
The man or woman who has this illness is sick and does not know how to get better, nor can they get better on their own.
They are completely powerless over their addiction and need professional help. Not providing them with treatment programs during this opportune time at the county jail is a huge mistake and an injustice for all.
There is probably no other facility that houses and processes the volume of men and women who are enslaved to chemical dependance, and other substance use addiction than the county
jail.
This reality leaves us no room for mistakes or delay. We must have an implementation of recovery programs in unison with the offender's confinement. This is imperative in order to lower and resolve the impact of the addiction crisis in our communities.
We are straight forward to state on the record that incarceration combined with specialized treatment is the landscape that gives them 20/20 vision of reality for their personal and family values, community standards, respect for citizens and the importance of complying with the laws of our state. When we help men and women to overcome their addiction, we in turn help ourselves by eliminating the recurrence of crime, victimization of innocent citizens, recidivism, overdoses and death.
Joining with us in our mission of community restoration takes a personal conviction and vision for helping people. It is also recognizing that no matter who they are culturally, or what they have done wrong morally and criminally, or where they are geographically at this dark point of their life, they need God's love and forgiveness.
They need to know that they have a God placed value upon them, that they were created for His glory and that He has a plan and purpose for their life.
The Chrisitan men and women that have united together on this challenging assignment are involved because we have been sent into this mission field on the behalf of our Lord Jesus.
We know that we are where we are supposed to be, doing what we are capable of doing, and that this is God's will to redeem and restore broken people.
Sincerely in Christ Name!

Chairman Community Restoration Coalition
Greetings Friends and Neighbors,
As one of the founding members of Community Restoration Coalition (CRC), I would like to invite you in joining our mission of saving lives and helping restore broken families within our communities.
CRC is dedicated to the work of community restoration due to the casualties from the drug epidemic and the collateral damage it creates for families and citizens.
The men, women, and teenagers who suffer with substance abused addiction and are not
able to receive the treatment and care they need will continue in self-destructive behaviors which endanger themselves, their families, and innocent citizens. The majority of these individual have limited options and access to treatment facilities due to high cost and few available beds. CRC provides evidence based treatment services in order to meet this particular need within our community. Our goal is the treat the person with destructive disorders and stop the deterioration of families caused by addiction and bring healing and restoration.
The addiction crisis has compelled CRC to open "Responsive Restoration" service centers as an intervention for those who suffer from addiction. We refused to accept this pervading atrocity into our homes and community without a response. Our response is helping men and women face and overcome addiction successfully reentering society as responsible productive citizens.
CRC believes that everyone is created in the image of God and for his purpose and glory!
We hold the Biblical belief that the process of restoration only begins and continues when a person has a sincere relationship with God through Jesus Christ. In this personal relationship with Christ, broken hearts and healed, mental strongholds destroyed, attitudes and purposes change, captives set
free and families restored.
Our motto is "WE ARE RESTORING OUR COMMUNITY BY RESTORING BROKEN
LVIES"! CRCs' desire is for you ot join with us and share the rewards of helping others discover God's special plan for their lives. Our staff, volunteers and sponsors are honored to serve the citizens and families of our community. We rejoice when we see God redeem, forgive and restore broken
lives and hurting families.
